Pay-for-3-months (charged quarterly)



No uniform required for Qigong


Qigong students warm up with the Shaolin students.  

This warm-up includes dynamic movement, static and dynamic stretching.


Qigong students then focus only on qigong for the next half hour.  


They rejoin the Shaolin students for the last 15-minutes of class, at which time everyone practices qigong.
