In this program, you will get into shape, loose weight, stay fit, and feel great. Classes include a cardio and plyometric workout, along with exercise sets that increase flexibility, speed and agility. These sets are a perfect way to burn calories, build lean muscle and lose weight. They are excellent for strength conditioning, toning and conditioning and increase overall athleticism.

Self-defense skills are developed by working boxing fundamentals, kickboxing drills, jiu jitsu techniques, as well as other practices that increase motor skills, accuracy, timing and confidence.
