We will be traveling with Shifu Yan Ju to the original Shaolin Temple in Henan, China, Sunday, August 16th thru Monday, August 30th, 2010.
During this trip, we will initially stop in Beijing to acclimate and sightsee. Sites on the list are Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City, The Olympic Village and the Great Wall Of China.
We will then make our way to Song Shan, or Song Mountain and the Shaolin Temple. Once there we will rent a house(s) that will be a 10-minute walk from the Shaolin Temple grounds.
While on Song Mountain, we will meet the Honorable Abbot Shi Yong Xin, take a complete tour of the Shaolin Temple grounds, visit the Shaolin medical clinic, view the Shaolin monks performing a Buddhist chanting ceremony, view the Shaolin monks performing martial arts, and other surprises! Most importantly, we will train Kung Fu and/or Qi Gong 4-5 hours a day.
ALL ARE WELCOME TO COME!
We will also do additional sightseeing to Luoyang, the ancient capital city, and other nearby attractions.
Trip price is set at $3825.00. This includes round trip air fare to Beijing, round trip air fare from Beijing to Zhen Zhou, lodging, food, training at the Shaolin Temple, sightseeing, and visa application fees.
The initial deposit of $750 must be paid by April 1st.
